10th September 2015 - Finding and approaching candidates in 2015:
At the same time as a survey concerning flexible employment models, we conducted a survey about job search in Switzerland in 2015. The goal was to find out, among others, which tools are used the most and how candidates look for a job in Switzerland. This article presents the results and will help companies determine how to find candidates. We will also discuss some aspects of approaching prospective candidates directly on social networks.
25th August 2015 - Swiss Employment Flexibility Index & Survey:
Following the introduction of the Swiss Employment Flexibility Index last month, we conducted a survey among our candidates and other contacts. The goal was to determine which flexible employment models are most in demand. This article presents the results of the survey as well as the August update of the index.

Currently there is a lot of focus on the demand for more flexible employment models (working part-time, working temporary jobs or interim projects, working as a freelancer, home office possibilities, etc.), especially from millennials. In this article we explore different options and introduce an Employment Flexibility Index that looks at the supply side of flexible employment offers.

1st June 2015 - talentzip goes international:
We are happy to announce that earlier this year we placed our first candidate abroad. We successfully filled a Key Account Manager position in Frankfurt, Germany. Recently we also acquired an assignment for a position in Cologne.
1st February 2015 - Results after 1st full year of operations:
We are happy to announce our 2014 results, our first full year in business: we helped our clients fill over 15 vacancies; we advised and facilitated the outsourcing of the payroll administration and accounting for one of our clients; we created a new remuneration model for a privately owned consultancy; we helped an international organization define the procedure and criteria for the selection of their ATS. After a successful 2014 we are looking forward to an even more exciting 2015.
