Who’s we?

Lucas – the walking Dutchman (with two dogs it’s more walking than flying 😁), speaking English, German, Swiss-German, French and Dutch fluently. Business degree, tech affinity, numbers guy, detail oriented but keeping strategic oversight, professional function hopper (Sales, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Entrepreneur, IT – so a Master of all trades, Jack of none… no wait, that’s not how it goes 🤔). Phil – engineering brain trapped in a talent strategist’s body, now consulting on talent analytics and technology because building global hiring engines for other people’s companies lacked skin in the game. Speaks English, German, and Spanish fluently (and startup-casual in all three), operates as a senior advisor at the unholy intersection of people, AI, and commercial execution – the guy who optimizes your org chart, closes the deal, and then wonders why you’re still using that terrible ATS.

While it’s not our main focus, given our experience (darn that makes us seem old, but we promise we aren’t), we’d also be happy to help you with (re)designing your recruitment process as well as search mandates for sales, specialist, management and leadership roles in tech companies, you know in between walking Lucas’ dogs and taking care of Phil’s cats 😉
