Recruitment Process ConsultingRecruitment Process Consulting

Our consultants will assess to what extent current processes within a company are effective and efficient in recruiting new staff. We will review advertising, sourcing, screening & selecting, interviewing and assessment efforts, as well as the collaboration with external agencies. We will also look at the internal communication in the recruitment processes and how quickly recruitment needs are normally recognized. Our findings will be presented in a rapport, along with our recommendations on how to optimize the recruitment processes and reduce cost per hire. On request we can also organize workshops with staff on how to use different CV databases, professional social networks (on- and offline), applicant tracking systems and where and how to advertise.

 

 

Candidate Research & MappingCandidate Research & Mapping

We will conduct a detailed online search for potential candidates based on the requirements of the vacancy. The client will be provided with a selection of candidates based on its own resources and requirements, contingent on the availability of such candidates. For our clients this means they will benefit from our search experience and tools, and they remain anonymous until they decide which candidates they actually want to get in contact with. Obviously, this service is based on publicly available information and should not be seen as a classic headhunting approach. This service module can also be useful to get a preliminary idea about the market even before a vacancy opens up, or to perform a screening of the competition.

 

 

Candidate VerificationCandidate Verification

In case a client has created a target list of potential candidates already, our consultants will contact them to determine their willingness to change as well as their aspirations. We will provide the client with a feedback report detailing the level of interest in the company and the vacancy, and, with their consent, the names of the candidates interested. Depending on the client's resources the company's recruiters take over at this stage. Alternatively, we conduct a first pre-selection to reduce the number of candidates the client has to get in contact with.

 

 

Candidate ScreeningCandidate Screening

In this case talentzip consultants review the applications addressed to a client directly. Using our in-house system and recruiting experience, we can rapidly and effectively screen any number of applications received. Filtering out the best matches and rejecting candidates that do not meet the position's requirements saves our clients a lot of time and resources, yet they retain control over how and where they publish a job advert. In case of a confidential position we can publish an ad on our clients' behalf. The screening service can be extended to phone-based or personal interviews with a limited number of candidates as well in order to reduce the workload for our clients even further.

 

 

References VerificationReferences Verification

There are various reasons why it is a good idea to collect professional references and it will help to decide which candidate to offer the position to. However, no matter the reason, it is important that the references obtained are as true and genuine as possible. Outsourcing this to a neutral and objective party will certainly increase the quality of the reference taking. This is not only due to the experience of our consultants: using a neutral third party also eliminates the referee's incentive for being overly positive or negative about the person.
